Are you insured?
Yes — All Systems carries its own business insurance, and every company in our network is required to carry its own coverage, including workers’ compensation, before their crews ever set foot on a job. We collect their certificates of insurance and track the expiration dates as a standing practice — a lapsed certificate means no dispatch. Our own certificate, naming your organization as certificate holder, is provided at onboarding or on request before it.
Can you provide a W-9 and complete our vendor paperwork?
Same day. Vendor packets, supplier portals, and compliance documentation are routine for us — we work with national retail and corporate procurement teams and know the drill.
Are you certified for supplier-diversity programs?
Yes. All Systems Facility Services is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). If your organization tracks diversity spend, our certification counts toward it — documentation provided with onboarding.
Do you self-perform, or use subcontractors?
We’re the management layer, not the crew — the work is performed by our network of vetted, insured trade companies whose people are genuinely skilled in their fields. That model is deliberate: it means the right specialist for each trade in each market, instead of whoever happens to be on our payroll nearby. What stays constant is one point of accountability — every crew works under our oversight, our conduct standards, and our documentation requirements, and you call one number either way.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice per completed work order, referencing your work-order number, delivered with the closeout documentation — photos and the technician’s summary. Payment terms are set during onboarding to match how your accounts-payable team works.
How do we see the status of our work orders?
Through OpenWrench, our live work-order platform — free for invited clients. Status, history, documentation, and analytics, visible whenever you want to look, without calling anyone.
Where do you work?
Across the continental U.S. — 48 states, headquartered in Parrish, Florida. See the
coverage map for where we’re deepest today.
What about emergencies?
The same number answers 24/7 —
(941) 231-8278. Urgent calls get a fast response, an ETA, and check-ins through to close-out.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract to start?
No. Try us on a single work order and judge us on it. Most of our client relationships started exactly that way.
